Marlene Albrecht is without a doubt the best real estate agent I have ever used. I had a few bad experiences with other agents, but Marlene made up for all the negative in the past. She is an excellent stager and photographer. Marlene spent 4.5 hours at my home staging and photographing the interior and exterior. She was always on top of everything and stayed in contact with me continually. When problems arose, Marlene took care of them. Always answered my calls or got back to me in a few minutes. My wife and I developed a friendship with her and will recommend her to anyone I know who is looking to sell, rent, or purchase a home. I rate her an A+.
